Privacy
Last updated 10 September 2026.
The short version. Produpoint runs on your own computer and sends nothing back. Your code, your project and your conversations with Claude never reach us. The only personal information held is what is needed to issue and revoke your licence key — an email address, a one-way hash of the key itself, and a small usage entry each time the product is downloaded (section 3) — plus, if you write to ask for access, the email you sent.
1. The product itself sends nothing
Produpoint is a set of instructions and small scripts that run inside Claude Code on your machine. It contains no analytics, no tracking, no telemetry and no code that contacts any server — a claim that is checked against the shipped files rather than asserted: every hook and script that ships in the product was searched for outbound network calls, and there are none.
That means your source code, your project documents, your session logs and anything else Produpoint writes stay on your computer and in your own repository. They are never uploaded, read or seen by us.
2. Your conversations go to Anthropic, not to us
Produpoint works by giving Claude instructions. Everything you type, and everything Claude reads from your project in order to answer, is processed by Anthropic under your own Claude account and Anthropic's privacy terms. We are not a party to that and receive no copy of it.
3. What we do hold — licence keys
To issue a key and to be able to revoke one, these are stored:
- A one-way hash of your licence key (SHA-256), not the key itself. This is deliberate: the store never contains a working key, so even a complete copy of it would let nobody download anything or act as you.
- The email address or name the key was issued to, so a key can be matched to a person who asks about it.
- The date it was issued, and whether it is currently active.
When you download the product or check for an update, we also record a small usage entry so we can tell whether one licence key is being used by far more people than it was issued to. Each entry holds a short code standing for the licence, the country the request came from, the network operator it came through, and what was downloaded. It does not hold your IP address.
If you write to ask for access, we keep the email you sent — your address and whatever you wrote in it, such as what you want to build and which computer you use. It is used only to answer you. If we do not go ahead, it is deleted within 90 days of the day you wrote — whether or not we have replied by then.
Nothing else. There is no account, no password, no profile, no payment details held here, and no record of what you build with the product.
4. What the download server sees
When your Claude Code downloads Produpoint or an update, it makes an ordinary web request to our server. Like any web server, the host — Cloudflare — records standard request information such as the IP address, the time and the file requested. This is used to serve the file and to see whether the service is working, and for nothing else. Our own code never reads, stores or logs a licence key, valid or invalid — there is no logging statement anywhere in it. We do not switch on any of the host's optional request-logging features for this service. What we will not claim is knowledge of every log a large host keeps internally, nor of what its defaults record, because that is not something we can inspect from the outside; this sentence says what we control, and stops there.
5. What this website does
This site is plain static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from anyone else — so visiting it reports nothing about you to a third party. Our host records the same standard request information described above.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. It is disclosed only where the law requires it, or to the service providers that operate the download itself — currently Cloudflare, as the host. Mail sent to the address on this page is delivered to a Gmail mailbox, so Google handles it too. A message you send us about your licence — which may quote your licence key — is therefore stored on Google's systems under their terms, as well as read by us. The same goes the other way: your licence key reaches you by email from that mailbox, so a copy sits in its sent mail until we delete it: when you confirm it works, or 30 days after we sent it, whichever comes first. We would rather say that plainly than let the address on this page imply the mail goes nowhere else. If a payment provider is added later, this page will say so before it is used.
7. How long it is kept
A licence record is kept while the licence exists, and afterwards only as long as needed to answer questions about it or to meet legal and accounting obligations. Server request logs are kept for the short period our host retains them.
The usage entries described in section 3 age out automatically. The service that holds them states that data is stored for three months, and that is the figure we go by — we quote their wording rather than a precise day count of our own, because the retention is theirs to set. We have found no way to delete a single entry before then, so if you ask us to erase them we cannot promise it sooner. We are telling you this rather than promising something we cannot do. If you ask, we will confirm what is held, stop recording further entries against your licence, and the existing ones will age out on the schedule above.
| What is recorded | Why we are allowed to | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Licence code, issue date, status | To perform the agreement with you | Life of the licence, then as legally required |
| Email or name the key was issued to | To perform the agreement with you | Life of the licence, then as legally required |
| Usage entry: licence code, country, network operator, what was downloaded | Our legitimate interest in detecting a licence being shared far beyond what it was issued for | Three months (the storage service's stated retention), automatic |
| An email asking for access, and our reply | To take the steps you asked for before any agreement | If we go ahead, as long as the licence record — except the email that carried your key, deleted when you confirm it works or 30 days after sending (section 6). If not, deleted within 90 days of the day you wrote |
Cloudflare, Inc. processes the usage entries on our behalf, as part of the same service that delivers your downloads. They are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone else.
8. Your rights, and how to use them
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask for a copy of it in a portable file, and object to the usage entries in section 3 — those rest on our own legitimate interest rather than on your consent, and you are entitled to say no to that. On an objection we stop recording new entries against your licence; your ability to download is unaffected. Write to yutomshazion@gmail.com and it will be handled directly by a person, not a system. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, these rights come from the GDPR and apply regardless of where we are, and you may also complain to your national data protection authority if you are not satisfied with our answer.
One honest limitation worth stating: deleting your licence record deletes your ability to download updates, because the record is the licence. Copies you have already installed keep working. A deletion request also covers the emails between us, including the one that carried your key.
A second one, so that section 7 and this section do not say different things: the usage entries cannot be deleted on request. The service that holds them provides no way to remove a single entry. What we can do, and will, is stop recording new ones against your licence and confirm what is held; the entries already recorded age out on the schedule in section 7.
9. Children
Produpoint is a tool for building software commercially and is not directed at children. Keys are not knowingly issued to anyone under 16.
10. Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anyone holding a licence is told directly before a change that affects them takes effect.
